The Wholistic Sexual Body and The Process of Edging are presented with simple step by step instructions. Common problems and solutions to those problems that are often associated with edging are covered.
Body Mindfulness and methods to raise mindfulness are explored. The last exercise focuses on Edging an Orgasm with practice exercises to utilize daily for 30 days. The exercises take 15 - 30 minutes per day to complete.
